Leader of the Quarter – Robin Moller

Robin has been with Liberty as a Registered Nurse since November of 1990. Robin is a role model to both her staff and the individuals she supports through her dedication, hard-work and compassion to her job. She holds herself and her staff to very high standards, and is a team player ensuring they all work together for the best interest of the people they support. Robin was recently promoted to Director of Medical Services and has taken on much more responsibility which she handles with grace. Liberty is very honored to have her as a member of their team. Congratulations Robin!

Leader of the Quarter – JoAnn Fuller
In December 2011, JoAnn will celebrate her 29^th anniversary with Liberty. JoAnn started out as a cook/housekeeper in 1982 and eventually was promoted to the job she holds today as the Residential Manager for the Ridge Road residence. In her current position, JoAnn is an expert motivator and her positive attitude is contagious. She always supports her employees and the individuals in program, and will go the extra mile to answer any questions, or help someone with an unfamiliar task. JoAnn is always willing to lend a helping hand by volunteering for agency events and filling in at residences for other house managers. Congratulations JoAnn !

Leader of the Quarter – Cathy Monk
Cathy Monk began her career at Liberty in November 1992 as a Residential Supervisor at the Carlisle residence. She was later promoted to her current job as residential Manager for Gilbert Avenue.
Throughout her years with Liberty’s Residential program, Cathy has provided consumers a safe, stable, and supportive environment with opportunities to make their own choices and pursue their goals. She has a way of empowering consumers to reach greater independence by creating innovative strategies for attaining what truly matters to them. She is a manager who leads by example, role modeling quality work and leadership.
Cathy is a team player who is always willing to share her knowledge with others. Liberty is pleased that she is such a dedicated leader and proud to name her the Leader of the Quarter! Congratulations, Cathy!

Leader of the Quarter – Tracy Mead
Tracy Mead began working as a Clerk with Liberty twenty years ago. Over the years, her hard work and dedication has helped her to the position she holds today – Accounts Receivable Supervisor. In this role Tracy is responsible for oversight of Liberty’s very important Medicaid billing process, assuring that the information is submitted accurately and on a timely basis and that the expected revenue is received.
Tracy leads by example and is a supportive and helpful member of her team. She is most known for her willingness to help others, answer questions and address concerns, all while keeping a positive attitude and smile on her face! Tracy said, “There are so many outstanding leaders at Liberty I was honored and humbled to be chosen as the first Leader of the Quarter. One of the things I enjoy most about my job are the people I work with everyday and I am proud to be a small part of a great team of people. “
