Liberty Foundation

Overview

The Foundation is a separate 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation established in 1993 to ensure that vital family support and other services, which are not funded through government programs, are available now and will be here for future generations.

The Liberty Foundation Board of Directors provides endowment monies to Liberty for the purpose of funding Liberty’s Family Support Services and other worthy projects or requests from organizations serving individuals with developmental and other intellectual disabilities in Montgomery County.

Testimonials

“I would tell anyone who is thinking about applying to Liberty to leave their perceptions at the door.  I think a lot of people doubt their own ability or willingness to go into human services, but I can say from my experience that I have no qualms about my decision.  Liberty is an excellent place to work.”
