We are currently seeking dependable, caring people to join our team of professional staff in providing support to more than 600 people with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their families throughout Montgomery County.
- Direct Support Professionals (DSP) work in residential homes, day support programs, and community settings, assisting the people we support with a variety of daily tasks.
- DSPs care for people of different ages and abilities, and are there to listen, encourage, and help people live their best lives.
- DSPs provide physical assistance and supervision, as well as helping with tasks such as preparing meals, logging medication to driving wheelchair vans, leading activities like exercise and art projects, attending medical appointments, and creating a fun atmosphere.
Liberty ARC is the second largest employer, and the largest provider of services to people with intellectual developmental disabilities, in Montgomery County. Our organization is always looking for qualified people to work in various positions throughout our agency. Did you know?
