CAS Information Session II

CAS Information Session II

The Coordinated Assessment System (CAS) is the comprehensive assessment that OPWDD uses for people 18 years or older to identify their strengths, needs and interests. The CAS provides information used in person-centered planning for the person’s care. Learn more about this important tool and how the CAS Assessment shapes the supports and services for you or your loved one.

People we support, family members, guardians, and Care Managers are cordially invited to attend! We’ll learn from CAS expert Tina Chirico and dinner will be provided to all attendees! You can RSVP here. Dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m., and the presentation will begin at 6 p.m. in the Day Supports Building Cafeteria of 47 Liberty Drive.
