Kathleen Velasco’s letter highlights the significant impact Liberty ARC has made in the life of her son, Joseph Velasco, since he was 3 years old and recounts how her family “struck gold” with the agency. As a parent of a child with disabilities, Kathleen wanted people around Joseph, who would understand and care for him. With the support of Liberty ARC staff in a nurturing and understanding environment, Joseph has grown into a hard-working young man, who is working towards his employment goals!
