E-Badges Application

NADSP Application Form

Thank you for your interested in Liberty ARC’s NADSP E-Badges credentialing program. The application for the Spring 2026 cohort is below. Applications are due by end of the day on Friday, February 6, 2026

In order to be selected the participant must be in good standing with the agency; not have received a written warning the last 6 months; have a minimum of 1 year DSP experience; and model the behaviors which exemplify our Values: Quality, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Resourcefulness, and Person Centered.
